- To be able to describe a treatment for the sub-patellar zone for patello-femoral joint dysfunction.
- To list four signs and symptoms of patello-femoral joint dysfunction.
- To describe a treatment for the knee in the region of Liver 8.
- To describe three approaches in the treatment of the pes anserine tendonitis or bursitis.
- To describe how to treat the lower extremity condition anterior shin splints.
Course Outline
0 hrs - 1 hrs
The anterior compartment of the knee, patello-femoral joint dysfunction.
1 hrs - 1.5 hrs
Patellar tendonitis, medial compartment of the knee, the MCL, the medial meniscus.
1.5 hrs - 2 hrs
Assessment of the knee, the pes anserine.
2 hrs - 3 hrs
Assessment of the knee, anterior shin splints, medial shin splints.
3 hrs - 3.25 hrs
Theoretical Summary and Review.
3.25 hrs - 4.5 hrs
Protocols for Knee Anterior Compartment, Quadriceps Group, Knee Medial Compartment, Shin Splints Anterior & Medial.
