Course Overview

This is a Live Webinar event that will be held on December 2, 2026 - 1am GMT, 2am CET, 3am IST. Join us as we create a foundational point combination that helps provide solutions for enhanced function, posture and stability. It has been used over the last decade on athletes like professional football players, elite basketball programs, and individual performers like running and cycling. The protocols are easy to understand for the acupunturist, and certainly adaptable to patients from many of the varied activities that we see today. This results in a useful treatment formulae, yet allows for considerable adaptations depending on the activities as well as the individual being treated. We see this as an acupuncture sports medicine protocol like the internal practitioner might use St 36 + LI 11 + LI 4 + Liv 3. Experiencing the webinar will give you a good feeling for how to adjust and adapt these protocols. Join us and see for yourself! 1. The Triad structures - Points for the gluteus medius, the quadratus lumborum, and the all important sacral-iliac joint. 2. Other points for the mid-section of the body - For instance, the four point protocol targeting the wrap around "core" muscles. 3. Points of the upper extremity - Includes SI 11, LI 11, LI 10, LI 4 - Neck and Scapular points including Bl 10, SI 11, and SI 14 4. Points of the lower extremity - St 36, GB 34 - The muscles of the lower extremity, including the hamstring and the gastroc/soleus group. And finally, those special points that bring the energy together, and create a complementary and harmonious treatment protocol. The recordings will be made available for you to review after the event!
