Course Outline
0 hrs - 15 min
Flow from Yin and Yang - macro/changing of Polarity of heaven and earth. The movement of Yin and Yang - Water and Fire; yin water is the root of kidney energy, and the beginning of movement (fire). Earth Surge (Dichong). Character - Entry, jing-well, wood (sedation); the lowest point on the body: Kidney-water-Jing-fear.
15 min - 30 min
Actions: Descends excess from the head; revives consciousness and rescues yang; calms the spirit. Indications of Kid 1; the only point that touches the earth; location of the point. Uprising of Liver yang/Live fire or Liver wind. Combination uses.
30 min - 45 min
Case study: Woman in 50s with hot flashes and panic attacks; depression and insomnia. Using Qi gong - directing the mind to Kid-1.
45 min - 1 hrs
Case study: Male in 20s with deep fear and depression; utilizing Kidney 1 on the left side as a treatment along with Moxa. Example of advice can give patients. The cutaneous region of shaoyin. Recorded Q&A session.
