- Understand how physical and mental development occurs in children.
- Understand the theories that underpin the unique physiology of children.
Course Outline
0 hrs - 30 min
Understanding various factors leading up to childbirth that affect a child's health, including the health of the mother and father, and the factors affecting conception.
30 min - 1 hrs
Understanding the developmental stages that children go through upon birth, including mental and emotional developmental in the first 7-8 years.
1 hrs - 1.5 hrs
Introducing the special factors related to the physiology of children, including the relative weakness of the Spleen and Lungs.
1.5 hrs - 2 hrs
Continuining the special factors of children's physiology, introducing the concepts related to the Kidneys, Liver, and Heart.
