- Participants will learn the origin and development of pathomechanisms in Chinese medicine
- Participants will learn the nineteen pathomechanisms listed in the Nei Jing
- Participants will learn practical applications of pathomechanism theory
- Participants will learn the role of qi, blood, and key zang-fu in gynecology and their associated pathomechanisms
- Participants will learn common pathomechanisms involved in menopausal disorders
Course Outline

Reading - How to use pathomechanisms to analyze and explain the changes that will occur in your patients over time. An understanding of pathomechanisms will allow you to better anticipate future complications and stay one step ahead of the disease that you are treating
1 hrs - 2 hrs
Reading - Most systemic diseases affect a woman’s menstruation and reproductive system whether the woman’s chief complaint is gynecological or not. This segment of the course will give you insight into the core gynecological disease mechanisms in Chinese medicine.
